Yes. Norkum Mechanical holds a master sheet metal license and is OSHA 30 certified, operating as a licensed, insured mechanical contractor in Massachusetts. Additional credentials available on request.
Yes — we provide certified welding for structural and mechanical work, on-site or in our shop. Our team is OSHA 30 trained and holds a master sheet metal license.
Commercial HVAC
Yes — we size, set, and commission rooftop units and central air, and coordinate the crane and rigging required to get equipment in place.
Yes. Design-assist means we collaborate with your engineer or architect before construction documents are final — reviewing mechanical layouts for constructability, cost, and equipment lead times to prevent change orders.

Yes — we lay out, fabricate, and install ductwork fitted to your building's real conditions, along with modifications and retrofits, fabricated in-shop to your drawings.
Yes — custom supports, frames, sheet metal, and one-off assemblies built in our Saugus shop to your drawings and dimensions.
Yes. We field-measure and shop-fabricate to your drawings for a tight, first-time fit with no field rework.
Welding
Certified structural and mechanical welding, supports, frames, and custom assemblies for commercial and industrial projects.
Both — we handle on-site welding and repairs as well as in-shop fabrication, depending on what the job needs.
Service & Emergency
Yes — planned maintenance including scheduled service, inspections, filter and belt programs, and priority response, set up across one building or a portfolio.
