RTUs past about 15 years are usually past their service-life median and getting expensive to keep running. When we diagnose a failure, we'll tell you where your equipment sits on that curve so you can make a repair-or-replace call with real information — including the ductwork and sheet-metal defects that controls diagnostics often miss.
