Norkum fabricates and installs custom ductwork for commercial buildings across Greater Boston and the North Shore. In Massachusetts, commercial sheet-metal and duct work is licensed work — we hold a master sheet metal license — and we build to SMACNA construction standards, the benchmark GCs and commissioning agents measure against at closeout.
Most commercial buildings aren't simple boxes. Tight floor-to-floor heights, existing structure, and occupied spaces mean off-the-shelf duct rarely fits clean. We field-measure and shop-fabricate to the real condition so each run fits and seals the first time — instead of leaking conditioned air past sloppy field joints.
